Male Hair Loss Solution

My hair started thinning on top in my mid-40's. Of course, this is unacceptable for me. I tried changing my hairstyle, and even tried that spray-on stuff once. It was obvious. Will this treatment help me to reduce my hair fall and will my hair starts growing normally? Are there any side effects for this?
